Federico is the best. I had a "right now" emergency (water coming in from ceiling.) It was a Fri. afternoon at 5:00. They had plumbers out within an hour, who repaired the problem immediately. Then Federico came back & repaired the hole the plumbers left. He even stayed til 6:30 pm to get it right. And while he was here, he noticed a clog in my drain and fixed that, too. Adolfo is also excellent. Any time I have had an issue, he's like, dropped everything to take care of it. And he is a genuinely nice, humble guy. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He cares about keeping this place beautiful. 5 stars for the maintenance team.
