I just moved out and appreciate the efforts of Michelle, Jennifer, and Federico in their professionalism and taking the extra step for a smooth transition. I enjoyed my time in Escondido and met some incredible people. On many days you would find me in the pool working out (or talking sports to anyone that would listen) or just relaxing in the jacuzzi. I moved to San Diego, not far from Ocean Beach, which is a more preferred environment for me. For your pet lovers Heritage Park is the ideal place to live. Farewell Sandy, Rosa, Maria, Cliff, Jim, and Linda! To anyone wondering about the new ownership I can assure you first hand that with AMCLLC you are all in good hands.

A big thank you to Fred for doing an amazing job. Ran into him on my way to work, so last minute... and he took care of it immediately. I trusted him to be careful to not let my kitty out and everything was fine when I got home from work. Plumbing situation fixed, and no mess left for me. And most importantly my cat and pup safe and sound. Fred is awesome!!!

The upkeep of the grounds and common areas are always clean. All staff members are pleasant and friendly. Great neighbors too. It's a pleasure to live here.

I am very happy with my new home at Heritage Park and the treatment from Michelle and Jennifer.

Good facilities. Pool and Hot Tub are nice to have. The locker for receipt of packages is convenient. Club House with Pool Table and some exercise equipment are good as well. Grounds are maintained well. Laundry Facilities are good and for me i like the system to use my smart phone to activate the machines. As with any older apartments there are some plumbing issues periodically but is expected. Also as in any situation there are some issues that come up that are inconvenient, but too it can be expected. Overall we are satisfied since we move in at the start of 2022. Also like the fact it is smoke free.

The management team is responsive and friendly.

I love it here! The smoke free environment is very refreshing and the tenants are very friendly. staff is exceptional and courteous, the amenities ( clubhouse , swimming pool/ jacuzzi, central AC, walk in closet, hardwood floors) are fantastic. It is very quiet and peaceful here!!!
