Good facilities. Pool and Hot Tub are nice to have. The locker for receipt of packages is convenient. Club House with Pool Table and some exercise equipment are good as well. Grounds are maintained well. Laundry Facilities are good and for me i like the system to use my smart phone to activate the machines. As with any older apartments there are some plumbing issues periodically but is expected. Also as in any situation there are some issues that come up that are inconvenient, but too it can be expected. Overall we are satisfied since we move in at the start of 2022. Also like the fact it is smoke free.

To the new management team: Matthew (mgr) Anthony (assitant mgr) they receive an A+ for Listening to alot of upset tenants.I know that they seem to be resolving alot of issues 1 day at a time. Great Job Dawn Disney

My Guy & I have been living here Since Sept. 2016 & have been pretty happy here with the quietness of the place & the great location! We are near many great food places, CVS drug store, & the Post Office. We also love that they have put in a place where we can get our boxes stored in a locked storage place that we retrieve them & know that we got them, because we get Text or e-mail that we have a pkg & a code # to retrieve it!
